We can source most legal items including electronics, household goods, automotive parts, books, and more. We also handle electronic rentals (e.g. speakers, tablets, etc.). We cannot assist with restricted, illegal, or hazardous items.

Trusted team members with hospitality and concierge training handle all sourcing requests. Our team has extensive experience in local markets and supplier networks.

Most requests receive initial options within two to three days unless otherwise specified. Complex or rare items may take longer. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Our standard service fee is 500 KES per request, which you only pay once you are satisfied we have found the right item. You’ll pay this fee on top of the cost of the items and any delivery charges. For urgent requests or high-value items, there may be a slightly higher fee, but we’ll always let you know before making any purchases.

We accept M-Pesa, bank transfers, and cash payments. Payment details will be arranged with your assigned team member once options are found.

If you're not satisfied with the initial options, we'll continue searching at no additional service fee. You only pay when you find something you want to purchase.

We coordinate delivery options including pickup and local delivery. Delivery arrangements and costs are discussed with your team member based on the item and location.
